1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using itemCrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your profile information up to date.
3. Listings & Transactions
All items listed must comply with our acceptable use policy. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must deliver items as described. itemCrack acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller. Prohibited items include stolen goods, items obtained through fraud, and anything that violates applicable laws.
4. Payments & Escrow
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery. Sellers receive payment minus the applicable commission fee after successful delivery confirmation. itemCrack charges a 5% commission on completed transactions.
5. Disputes & Refunds
If a transaction does not go as expected, either party may open a dispute within the allowed timeframe. Our trust & safety team will review the evidence and make a fair determination. Refunds are issued to the buyer's wallet balance when appropriate. Decisions may be appealed within 7 days.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform. Terminated accounts may forfeit any remaining balance. Users may also request account deletion through their settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
itemCrack provides the platform 'as is' and makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of listings. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
