Escrow is our payment protection system. When you buy an item, your payment is held securely by itemCrack rather than going directly to the seller.

Once the seller delivers the item and you confirm everything is correct, the funds are released to the seller. If there is an issue, you can open a dispute and our team will help resolve it.
